Connect the Wim Hof Method app to your ice plunge

Instructions:

1. Turn on the ice plunge and keep your phone nearby.

2. Open the Wim Hof Method app.

3. Go to the Cold pillar, then open Tools.

4. Select Plunge Controller. (1)

5. Follow the setup instructions and allow:

  • Bluetooth access (2)
  • Location access (3)
  • Local network access, if requested on iPhone

6. On the plunge controller, open Settings (4).

Press and hold the Wi-Fi button (5) for approximately

five seconds to start pairing.

 

Use the Wi-Fi button inside Settings, not the one on the

home screen.

7. When your plunge appears in the app, select its device

name and follow the prompts to connect it to Wi-Fi. (6)

8. Wait for the controller screen to appear. Confirm that

the app shows the current water temperature.

9. Test the connection by adjusting the temperature (7)

or switching the plunge power on or off (8). Check that the

plunge responds.

 

If it does not connect, confirm that Bluetooth, Location

and Wi-Fi are enabled, keep the phone close to the

plunge, and repeat the pairing process. An internet connection

is required to control the plunge through the app.
