Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. How quickly can I start seeing results?

Following the Wim Hof Method protocols, most practitioners report increased energy within the first week, improved sleep within 2 weeks, and significant stress resilience improvements within 30 days. Please note that due to high variance in biological factors, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
 

Is this safe for beginners?

Under what conditions can the Ice Plunge successfully produce ice?  

The Ice Plunge can produce ice when the tub is placed indoors or under hard cover from the sun, with an ambient temperature of no more than 30 degrees Celsius. For best performance, keep the bath covered with the insulation cover that comes included.

How long does it take for the water to cool?

Each model has a different chiller, producing the following cooling times:

 

The Ice Bath: ~4 hours to 0°C

The Ice Plunge: ~3 hours to 0°C

The Cold Plunge: ~25 hours to 3°C

 

The above numbers are under conditions of a starting temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, and a tub filled with 300 liters of water.

Are the Plunges suitable for outdoor use? 

 All baths are suitable for outdoor use, however indoor or at least shaded is best for optimal performance and minimal wear.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

What countries do you ship to?
